1.5 kg lamb, garlic 50 g, olive oil 30 ml,  pepper, thyme, tarragon, dill, cinnamon, beer 2 cans, 100 ml lemon juice, salt to taste

Method of preparation

The lamb is sliced, thinly sliced, washed, each portion is greased with olive oil and placed in a bowl in which is already prepared a stain * of beer, thinly sliced ​​garlic, pepper, thyme, tarragon, dill , cinnamon and leave in this bait for a few hours in the cold.

In a frying pan with a non-stick surface, preheated over medium heat for 3 minutes, place the slices of meat drained from the bait and fry ** over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. After frying, place the portion of meat in the oven tray. Do the same with all portions.

Dahna Style Turkey


300 g chicken liver, 300 g chicken breast, 4 eggs, 50 g Greek yogurt, 10 ml olive oil,

2 large bundles of green onions, 1 bunch of green garlic, 1 bunch of dill, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 bunch of larch, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper or paprika


How to prepare

Wash the turkey meat and chicken liver well and boil separately.

After they have been boiled for a few minutes for 10 minutes, they are taken out of the water, drained and passed through the mincer / robot only until a paste of a coarser consistency is obtained, not very fine. Mix the chicken liver with the chicken breast, add the chopped greens of your choice, eggs, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, yogurt and olive oil.

Meanwhile, prepare the eggplant slices that will take the place of the breadcrumbs. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin strips (about half a cm), place on a flat plate and sprinkle a little salt to leave the eggplant juice.

In the prepared cake pan, lined with olive oil and a little flour, place slices of eggplant cut as mentioned above, longitudinally (as long as possible) and left to soften. Place it on the side of the tray so that the ends reach the end to cover the composition of the drob. After the eggplant slices have been placed in the whole tray, add the drob composition and the ends of the eggplant slices are glued over the composition so as to cover it, as if we were wrapping the whole drob composition.

Put the tray in the oven, preheated and keep on the right heat for 20-25 minutes.

Easter Bread Dahna without dough


1 kg of cottage cheese, 300 g of sour cream 12% fat, 60-70 g of stevia sweetener, 6 eggs, 250 g of crushed almonds or walnuts and raisins (to taste), 10 g of vanilla essence, a sachet of vanilla pudding powder , a baking powder, a handful of flour, optionally 150 g of butter biscuits soaked in 50 ml of warm milk.

Method of preparation

Mix the cheese with the yolks, stevia and sour cream. Then add the pudding powder, flour and baking powder and gently mix all the ingredients. Then add vanilla and raisins, walnuts, almonds. Also now we add the optional ingredient to the soaked biscuits. At the end, add the beaten egg whites and mix lightly with a wooden spoon.

Place in the form of Easter oil greased and lined with a little flour and bake at the right heat in the oven (preheated) for 30 minutes.
